What to look for when wine tasting

Look at the colour is the wine, is it pale or golden? If it’s red, is it light and pink or a deep red?

Step 2: Smell…
Swirl the wine around the glass before taking a sniff. What aromas can you pick out? It might be fruit and berries, cut grass, honey, chocolate…

Step 3: Taste…
