Cancelling your booking - FAQs

1. How much will it cost to cancel my booking?

Please note to process a cancellation you will must contact our customer service team on 800 FLIGHTS (3544487) . Any previously quoted fees are quotes only and you will be advised of the relevant cancellation charge when the cancellation is processed. Please note it is possible that there will be a difference between the quote and the actual cancellation charge at the time of processing. Many of our flight fares are subject to airline terms which mean they have no refund value at all if cancelled. Your airline cancellation charge is displayed during the booking journey under 'fare rules'. 

Cancellation charges vary depending on the flight option you have booked, and will be higher the later you cancel and will be advised at the time of booking. 

*Please note some airlines will class the booking as a ‘no-show ‘and levy 100% cancellation penalty if cancelled within 24 hours of departure. If you fail to travel on any sector of your itinerary as booked, the airline will treat this as a no-show and cancel all remaining flight sectors and could levy full cancellation penalties*

2. How do I cancel my booking?

Should you wish to cancel your booking please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise you accordingly. For online bookings please call 800 FLIGHTS (3544487).

3. I need to cancel my booking due to illness or bereavement

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your arrangements due to illness or bereavement, please advise our Customer Service representative at the time. It is possible that some suppliers may offer a refund outside the standard terms and conditions of the purchased services.

Should you wish to claim a refund due to this, supporting documentation will be required and will be advised to you at the time of cancellation.

4. Will I get a refund when I cancel my booking?

Any refund will depend on the cost of cancellation as per's terms and conditions, and you will be advised of these at the time of cancellation.

6. I am expecting a refund, when will I receive this?

Once a refund has been processed this can take up to 30 working days to show as a credit to your account.
