SPAM Filters & Internet Service Providers
Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client may be using filters to block email and this may be affecting the receipt of email from netflights.com. If you believe this is happening, we have made a help page related to your email program to show you how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email. This will ensure that correspondence from netflights.com will be accepted.

If you are using Outlook 2003 to view your e-mails:
1. Open the email message.
2. On the toolbar at the top, click on "Safe Lists", then on "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List".

If you are using Outlook 2007 to view your e-mails:
1. Open the email message.
2. On the toolbar at the top, click on "Safe Lists", then on "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List".

If your email provider is Hotmail:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.

If your email provider is Yahoo:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3 The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4 Click "save".

If your email provider is MSN:
1. Mark the tick-box on the left of the email message.
2. Click on "Mark as safe" at the bottom.

If your email provider is GoogleMail:
1. Click on "Contacts" on the left.
2. Click on the "New Contact" icon on the top left hand corner.
3 Add details.
4 Click on "Save" at the top.

If your email provider is AOL:
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3 The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4 Click "Save".
